Rockfort Mineral Spa is located in East Kingston, close to the site of the "Rock Fort" which gives the area its name. It is believed that the natural spa was uncovered in 1907, as a result of the earthquake which destroyed Port Royal. The spa houses one large communal public bath and many private baths, massages are also available.

Rockfort Spa is fed by natural mineral streams from the surrounding Rockfort Hills, which are slightly saline and very radioactive. The water is believed to have therapeutic qualities.
