Ocho Rios Craft Park - Main Street, Ocho Rios, opposite the post office
The Ocho Rios Craft Park is the largest market in Ocho Rios, housing over 100 vendors and craftsmen, selling a whole range of goods, including:
- carved wooden figures
- hand-woven straw hats, bags and purses
- jewelry
- t-shirts
- Blue Mountain coffee
The craftsmen use a wide variety of styles and have a varying degree of skill so be sure to shop around until you find the craftwork which is right for you. Bargaining is expected so don't be afraid to barter to get a better deal. Several stalls have craftsmen busy working behind their stalls, giving you a glimpse of their creative process.
The Ocho Rios Craft Park is the biggest craft market in Ocho Rios but other, smaller, markets also exist, for example:
- The Olde Market Craft Shoppes (next to the Seow Supermarket)
- Pineapple Craft Circle (in the Pineapple Plaza)
- Coconut Grove Shopping Centre and
- Many vendors along Fern Gully
