Dunn's River Falls is arguably the top tourist attraction in Jamaica. The falls are set in acres of woodland with the centrepiece being a 200m waterfall, which flows on to the beach below.

What sets Dunn's River Falls apart from other spectacular waterfalls around the world is that you can actually climb up the water-face of the fall (not just the surrounding rocks). Guided tours leave regularly where groups of 30 or more people join hands and climb to the top. Alternatavely, you may opt to climb to the top of the falls unaided.

Wear a swimming costume and bring a towel and change of clothes (you WILL get wet - it is necessary to wade in waist-deep water and you will most likely get splashes of water all over).
